Paola Osorio is a Product Line Manager for Optical Systems at Ciena. With over 15 years of experience at Ciena, Paola has honed her expertise in developing innovative product strategies for achieving market leadership in Data Center Interconnect (DCI), regional, long-haul, and submarine applications.
In her role, Paola manages one of the primary hyperscaler customers, ensuring that the solutions meet their complex needs and drive mutual success. She is responsible for the overall success of Ciena’s Waveserver platform, with a specific focus on its optical encryption solution. Additionally, Paola oversees the Quantum Secure Communications solution, leading efforts to advance Ciena's capabilities in this critical area. As the expert for encryption and quantum solutions at Ciena, Paola provides strategic guidance and technical expertise to support our product innovations and customer engagements.
