Corporate Membership Coordinator

Optica is looking for a Corporate Membership Coordinator .

The Corporate Membership Coordinator provides administrative support to the Corporate Membership Team with a focus on processing corporate memberships applications, fulfilling corporate memberships renewals, and being the main point of contact for corporate members support.  

Primary Responsibilities

 

  • Processing new member applications
    • Outreach to potential members via phone and email and maintain updates in CRM
    • Coordinate with finance department and IT for new member onboarding
    • Coordinate with marketing department for promotion of new members on social media
  • Processing member renewals
    • Outreach to current members via phone and email and maintain updates in CRM
    • Coordinate with finance department and IT for current member renewals
    • Coordinate with marketing department for promotion of renewals on social media
    • Complete termination process (with approval)
  • Manage member support
    • Track current corporate members’ usage of Optica’s resources and benefits
    • Respond to corporate member inquiries in a timely fashion
  • Maintain a robust and clean CRM database; perform monthly audits to ensure data is relevant and current
  • Coordinate maintenance and updates for the Optica Industry website with support from the IT department

Education and Experience

  • 4-year degree required
  • 2-4 years work experience in a professional environment
  • Prior membership experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of customer service practices is a plus

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Self-motivated
  • Software: Microsoft Office Suite, Google docs, Salesforce
  • Ability to learn and navigate CRMs (Salesforce, NetForum)
  • Fluent in English
