About the Speaker
John Bergeron is President and Chief Executive Officer of Attalon, Inc. The company develops optical, laser, and coating technologies for the aerospace and defense industry. Its work ranges from high-energy directed laser systems to satellite optics and hypersonic thermal protection.
Bergeron joined Attalon in January 2026 after more than three decades growing aerospace and defense businesses at CACI, Raytheon, GE, and Teledyne FLIR. Most recently, he was senior vice president and leader of the Spectrum Superiority market at CACI International Inc. During 15 years at Raytheon Technologies, his roles included vice president of Sustainment & Sensors. That Department of Defense franchise program had a budget of more than $900 million. A Six Sigma master black belt, he holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Vermont.
