About the Speaker
Jacek Kulakowski is the Business Development Manager at VIGO Photonics, a leading manufacturer of infrared detectors and semiconductor components. He holds a Master's Degree in Physics, specializing in Photonics. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Analyst at Tematys in Paris, a consulting firm focused on optics, photonics, and sensors. In his current role, he is responsible for building key partnerships between VIGO Photonics and integrators of photonic equipment across defense, aerospace, industrial, and healthcare applications in Europe. He possesses a deep understanding of semiconductor technologies and the optoelectronic value chain, from wafer manufacturing and assembly to customer-side system integration. Leveraging his consulting background and technical domain expertise, he connects emerging Mid-IR technologies with strategic industry use cases.
