About the Speaker
Debbie Nielsen is Director of Defense at Quantum Computing Inc. (QCi), bringing more than 25 years of experience in defense research, engineering, and advanced technology development. Her expertise spans radio-frequency (RF) systems, photonics, and the development of technologies for military and government applications.
Prior to joining QCi, Debbie served as Chief Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton and Research Science Manager for RF and Photonics at Lockheed Martin. She previously held leadership and research positions at Tektronix, the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI), and the U.S. Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division.
Combining technical expertise with extensive experience across the defense sector, Debbie focuses on advancing emerging technologies and bridging the gap between research, engineering, and operational defense requirements.
