About the Speaker
David Hien is a senior executive with more than 25 years of international experience in the semiconductor, aerospace, defense, and industrial technology sectors.
David is the General Manager of the Semiconductors Business Unit at Teledyne, which focuses on high-reliability semiconductor solutions for the defense and space markets.
Prior to joining Teledyne in 2025, David spent five years with the Egide Group, a specialist in advanced hermetic packaging solutions for demanding electronic applications. During his tenure, he progressed to become Group CEO, gaining extensive experience in manufacturing leadership and the defense and space sectors.
Earlier in his career, David spent nearly two decades in the semiconductor industry, holding leadership positions in product marketing, business development, systems engineering, and applications engineering at Texas Instruments Inc.
He holds a MsC of Electrical Engineering from ISEN, Lille, France.
