About the Speaker
Catherine Gridley is a proven international executive with more than 20 years of global leadership experience across aerospace, defense, and commercial industries. As Executive Vice President and President of TTM Technologies' Aerospace and Defense Sector — a role she has held since 2019 — Cathie leads the largest manufacturer of printed circuit boards and custom assemblies for the A&D market in North America. Prior to TTM, Cathie served as an officer at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where she was Vice President and General Manager of the $1.3 billion Advanced Defense Services division, leading more than 5,000 employees worldwide and serving on the boards of NTESS, Vinnell Arabia, and NSTec. Earlier in her career, she held senior P&L leadership roles at DynCorp International, GE Aviation Systems, Goodrich, and TRW — building deep operational expertise across defense services, aviation, and advanced manufacturing. Cathie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ithaca College and an MBA from Binghamton University, and resides in Central New York.
