About the Speaker
Catherine Gridley is a senior aerospace and defense industry executive with more than 25 years of international leadership experience spanning advanced technology programs, complex defense acquisition, and the full product lifecycle from development through production and sustainment.
As Executive Vice President and President of TTM Technologies' Aerospace and Defense Sector, Cathie leads a 1.4 billion portfolio encompassing the company's advanced interconnect and integrated electronics businesses — including North America's largest A&D printed circuit board manufacturer — underpinned by a 1.6 billion program backlog and manufacturing capability spanning advanced interconnect, RF and microwave assemblies, radiation-hardened electronics for space applications, and fully integrated Radar, Communications, and Navigation mission systems.
Prior to TTM, Cathie held senior business leadership roles at Northrop Grumman, DynCorp International, GE Aviation Systems, Goodrich, and TRW — building deep operational expertise across defense services, aviation systems, and precision manufacturing. She holds a BS in Accounting from Ithaca College and an MBA from Binghamton University, grounding her leadership in a strong foundation of financial and business acumen.
