About the Speaker
Milan Begliarbekov, PhD is the Chief Operating Officer, leading all of QCi’s manufacturing and operations efforts. The QCi manufacturing team operates a first-of-its-kind 150mm thin-film lithium niobate (TFLN) foundry that fabricates devices for quantum-enabled sensing and photonic computing, as well as offers foundry services to external customers. Dr. Begliarbekov has extensive experience in the nanofabrication and materials science industries, with over 17 years of teaching and technology development experience.
