About the Speaker
Director of the NYS Center for Advanced Technology in Nanomaterials and Nanoelectronics; and Director of the NYS Center of Excellence in Nanoelectronics and Nanotechnology
Ross Goodman has over 18 years of experience working at the intersection of higher education, R&D, and economic development. In his current roles Mr. Goodman serves to bridge academic researchers and leading-edge facilities with NY based industry partners to solve their most pressing issues. In supporting NY companies, Mr. Goodman has been involved with an international economic outreach effort to attract collaborations and funding to grow the semiconductor, power electronics, silicon photonics, quantum, and AI hardware industries in the state by supporting the efforts to establish additional centers and consortium.
