About the Speaker
Stefan Hackl joined the Laser Sources division of TroGroup in 2024 and he is CEO of Iradion and Luxinar. They are global leaders in CO2 lasers with their patented CERAMICORE® and sealed metal tube lasers, as well as short pulse and ultrashort pulse solid state lasers. As their products are engineered for longevity, Iradion and Luxinar address a wide range of processing needs for industries such as automotive, electronics, packaging and textiles.
Stefan has a track record of delivering exceptional results in previous leadership positions in the fast-paced automotive industry. He brings extensive experience in operations and sales at plant and divisional levels from Miba and SAS Interior Modules, including plant responsibility and restructuring projects. Stefan has a strong reputation for exceptional leadership, a hands-on mentality, a deep understanding of the industry landscape, and cultural awareness, having lived, worked and studied in various countries.
Stefan holds a Masters in International Business from the University of St Andrews. His commitment to excellence and fostering empowered and diverse teams aligns with TroGroup’s values and culture.
