About the Speaker
Yasutaka Mizuno is a Research Engineer at Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd. His research theme is 3D-printed micro-optics for telecommunication devices. He obtained a Master's degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Tokyo, Japan. He joined Sumitomo Electric in 2014, where he worked on the mechanical design of optical transceivers. From 2020, he has focused on research concerning 3D-printed micro-optics and has delivered several presentations at major international conferences.
