Optica Advanced Manufacturing Alliance at Focuslight Switzerland

The upcoming Optica Industry Summit, hosted at Focuslight Switzerland formerly SUSS MicroOptics in Neuchatel, marks the inaugural meeting of the Advanced Manufacturing Alliance, a pivotal moment in optics fabrication.

Become part of our in-person Industry Summit focused on Advanced Optics and Photonics Manufacturing, a gathering that unites experts from across the entire spectrum of advanced manufacturing technologies, including nanoimprint lithography, maskless, metaoptics, AR waveguides, and wafer-level optics. Our discussions will center on the application of these cutting-edge manufacturing methods to photonics products designed for industries such as AR/VR, automotive, telecommunications, Space, and further. With a strong emphasis on live interactions and the exchange of business cards, this summit presents a prime opportunity for networking, knowledge sharing, and fostering new collaborations in the field of photonics.

This summit brings together the entire ecosystem, including manufacturing companies, supply chain partners, and end-users, to collectively tackle challenges in photonics, automotive, and consumer electronics.

Advanced Manufacturing Alliance Kick off Meeting: In addition to the rich agenda of this Summit, the event will also serve as the Kickoff Meeting for the Advanced Manufacturing Alliance. This new alliance represents a milestone in the optics and photonics community, with a dual mission: Firstly, to address the developmental needs of the micro-optics sector, tackling metrology challenges, exploring new materials and equipment, and enhancing industry-wide collaboration. Secondly, the alliance aims to promote novel applications of micro-optics in diverse fields, including but not limited to those discussed in the summit such as AR/VR, automotive, telecommunications, and space exploration. The formation of the Advanced Manufacturing Alliance at this summit not only underscores our commitment to innovation but also opens new avenues for cooperation and advancement in the world of photonics.
