About the Speaker
Andrei Dragomir is the CEO and Founder of Aquark Technologies, a cutting-edge technology company based in Romsey, England. He has been leading the company since May 2021, pioneering innovations in Quantum Technologies, vacuum systems, miniaturization of cold atom systems, and microfabrication. Before founding Aquark Technologies, Andrei spent several years at the University of Southampton, where he earned his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degrees in Physics. His research has centered on Raman Spectroscopy of Carbon Nanotubes, and he has contributed to groundbreaking projects in light detection and diffraction. Andrei's commitment to scientific advancement and technology development is evident in his impressive career journey.
