Short pulse duration - 50 ps, pulse energy >100 µJ, repetition rate: from single shot up to 10 kHz, SLM spectrum, Gaussian beam profile M2 <1.2.
• Main features
Second and third harmonics available in the same housing, Air-cooled, no SESAM, no mode locking, integrated driver, cost effective.
• Suitable Applications
Industrial: Micro-processing of Dielectric Wafers, Silicon Wafers, Flexible Printed Circuit Boards (FPCB), Printed Circuit Boards (PCB), Flat Panel Display, LCD/LED/OLED Repair
