About the Speaker
Vipul Bhatt is Vice President of Strategic Marketing at Coherent, where he focuses on emerging technologies and markets shaping datacenter and communications infrastructure. His career in optical networking spans product development and marketing roles at Corning, Cisco, Inphi (now part of Marvell), and Finisar (now part of Coherent). Vipul has been an active contributor to optical networking standards development within IEEE. He holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Columbia University in New York.
