About the Speaker
Matt works within the office of the CTO at Lumentum, with his work focusing on focusing on advanced packaging and heterogeneous integration for AI infrastructure. As the industry transitions from pluggable optic solutions to co-packaged optics, these packaging techniques are essential tools to increasing bandwidth density and decreasing energy consumption.
Prior to Lumentum, Matt worked at Intel, where he developed and certified package assembly and test technologies. Over his career Matt supported multiple generations of client technology packaging solutions as well as developed next generation packaging solutions for heterogeneous integration.
