About the Speaker
Diana is the Founder and CEO of Lightfinder, an MIT spinout pioneering integrated photonics to deliver scalable, high-performance spectroscopy and imaging for industrial applications. Mojahed earned her Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from Columbia University and completed postdoctoral training in MIT’s Department of Materials Science & Engineering. A former Kavanaugh Fellow and award-winner at the MIT $100K Entrepreneurship Competition, she specializes in transitioning complex optical innovations into manufacturable, chip-scale products. She is a 2025 Activate Fellow and served as a 2025 Optica Ambassador.
