About the Speaker
Carlotta Baumann is the CEO of Finetech GmbH & Co. KG, a leading manufacturer of high-precision placement and assembly systems in Berlin. After studying electrical engineering at Technische Universität Berlin, specializing in microsystems technology, she became the Managing Director of MARTIN GmbH. In 2021, she joined Finetech as CEO.
Under her leadership, Finetech has continued to innovate in precision assembly and bonding technology. In 2024, Carlotta Baumann's commitment to pioneering technologies and creative solutions was recognized when she received the "EY Entrepreneur of the Year" award in the Innovation category.
