Edwin Roks is currently President and CEO of TTM Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTMI), where he leads a global team of approximately 18,000 colleagues. Together, they design and deliver advanced technologies that power some of the world’s most demanding markets, including Aerospace & Defense, Datacenters & Networking, and Automation, with applications spanning healthcare and industrial systems.
Previously, Dr. Roks served as Chief Executive Officer of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, after having been Executive Vice President and President of Teledyne Digital Imaging, the company’s largest business segment. Teledyne is a global leader in advanced sensing and imaging technologies, with a portfolio spanning defense and public safety platforms, industrial and medical imaging, infrared systems, LiDAR, and high-reliability semiconductor components.
Previously, he served as Chief Technology Officer of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated. Dr. Roks joined Teledyne with the acquisition of DALSA Inc. in 2011 after a long career at Philips in senior technology and R&D leadership roles.
Since 2024, Edwin Roks has been a member of the Executive Team of Trustees of the Optica Global Photonics Economic Forum.
