About the Speaker
Rebecca K. Schaevitz, PhD, is co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Mixx Technologies. She previously held roles in engineering and product at startups and major firms including Broadcom and Corning. At Broadcom, she led development of co-packaged optics for hyperscale data centers. At Corning, she launched the first consumer-grade all-optical Thunderbolt cable and drove product innovations in optical infrastructure. She holds multiple patents and publications in optical technology and earned her PhD in electrical engineering from Stanford, specializing in silicon photonics.
