About the Speaker
Rayhane Ghane holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Solid State physics, as well as a PhD in Microsystem engineering from Freiburg University-IMTEK, Germany.
She joined ficonTEC service GmbH in January 2019 as a research and development engineer, based at ficonTEC's headquarters in Achim, Germany. She works on various industrial and European projects in the field of micro-assembly and testing solutions for the photonics industry, including the development of a new high-performance VCSEL wafer-level testing platform.
Starting in 2022, Dr. Ghane is the Business Development Manager. She is responsible for business development, technical aspects of R&D evaluation and commercialization
