Marvel Fusion is a Munich-based company founded in 2019, dedicated to advancing laser-driven inertial confinement fusion (IFE) technology. Our mission is to provide clean, safe, and reliable energy through the development of laser-driven fusion power plants. This cutting-edge approach offers a compact, flexible, and dispatchable energy solution, serving as a vital complement to renewables. By producing energy without hazardous emissions or long-lasting waste, Marvel Fusion aims to support the decarbonization of emission-intensive industries like manufacturing, chemicals, and steel production, while addressing the growing energy demands of metropolitan areas and industrial hubs.
As Technology Partnership Lead, Jana Jung works at the interface between Business Development, Laser & Powerplant Development, and Experiments by developing the company's strategic goals, transferring them into executable projects, and controlling them. She is also responsible for establishing strategic technology partnerships and the supply chain of critical components in the laser and powerplant area.
