Maham Aftab
ASML, Senior Optical Architect
About the Speaker
Maham Aftab is a Lithography System Performance (Optical) Architect in the Advanced Development Center at ASML, USA. She works on the development, prototyping, and testing of flatness processes and metrology for precision wafer clamping systems used in ASML lithography systems.
Maham holds a BS in Engineering Sciences from GIK Institute, Pakistan. As part of the Erasmus Mundus program, she received an MS in Applied Physics from TU Delft, The Netherlands and an MS in Optics, Matter and Plasma from Institut d'Optique, France. She also received an MS and Ph.D. in Optical Sciences from the Wyant College of Optical Sciences at the University of Arizona.
She has also been a part of the NASA Datanauts program.
