About the Speaker
Xavier Colonna de Lega is a Scientist with Zygo Corporation since 1998, currently Director, Innovations Group. His activities focus on optical dimensional metrology, surface and material characterization, and deformation measurements. He holds an optical engineering degree from Institut d’Optique Graduate School (France) and a PhD in Applied Sciences from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Lausanne (Switzerland). He is author or co-author of 50+ US Patents and 60+ journal articles and conference papers.
