About the Speaker
Shin-Sung Kim holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Glasgow. His research experiences include high-power semiconductor lasers, quantum well intermixing, photonic wire, novel e-beam lithography technique, ultrasonic sensors, piezoelectric actuators and micropumps. He is currently leading a team focusing on workflow development for multi-scale multiphysics optical applications.
