About the Speaker
Passionate about helping move ideas to impact, Harry has been working and building collaborations in the early innovation space for over 12 years within startups, SMEs, multinationals, funding bodies, and universities.
Harry joined QantX from the Royal Society where he led the £3m BEIS funded Royal Society Entrepreneur in Residence programme, growing a network of 300 leading scientists and entrepreneurs working on the boundary between academia and industry to deliver societal and economic impact from the research endeavour.
Harry has a background in material science and R&D within two materials startups (Sugru and Photocentric) and a PhD in collaboration with Croda at the University of Nottingham. He is also a self-taught game developer, launching his own studio in 2020.
