About the Speaker
Claire is a renowned expert in the fields of quantum optics, spin-photon interface, and quantum networks. With an impressive research background, she has established herself as one of the main authorities in the UK quantum landscape as well as being part of the executive team and the highest technical leader of Nu Quantum. Previously, Claire led her own research group at The Cavendish Laboratory - Department of Physics at the University of Cambridge, where she made significant contributions to quantum technologies and expanded the frontiers of knowledge in the field. She has also worked at Microsoft Research, further enhancing her expertise in bridging the gap between academia and industry
