Hawthorn Photonics Announces Strategic Acquisition of Radiantis: Expanding its Photonics Solutions Portfolio
Hawthorn Photonics, a global leader in non-linear optical solutions and parent company of Covesion Ltd. in the UK and AdvR Inc. in the US, has acquired Radiantis, an innovator in advanced tunable laser systems and optical parametric oscillators (OPOs). This acquisition signals a major step forward for the Group as it strengthens its position at the forefront of photonics innovation.

With the addition of Radiantis's capabilities, the Hawthorn Photonics Group can now offer an expanded suite of photonics solutions, including:

Covesion Ltd is a UK manufacturer of Periodically Poled Lithium Niobate (PPLN) materials, including Magnesium Doped Periodically Poled Lithium Niobate (MgO:PPLN or PPMgO:LN) as well as undoped PPLN.
