AXONAL NETWORKS ANNOUNCES SUCCESSFUL CLOSING OF SEED FUNDING ROUND WITH I4 CAPITAL FUND AND LEADING INDUSTRY PARTNER
Montreal, November 4, 2025 — Axonal Networks, a pioneer in next-generation data center network infrastructure solutions, announced today the successful closing of its seed funding round, led by i4 Capital Fund, a leading deep tech investment fund, alongside a strategic industry partner whose identity remains undisclosed for competitive reasons. We also acknowledge the contribution of the Fonds d’Investissement Eurêka, a fund managed and administered by Investissement Québec, with funding provided by the Gouvernement du Québec.
This funding round marks a major milestone in Axonal Networks’ growth trajectory, empowering the company to accelerate development of its proprietary distributed network technology and expand commercial deployment across global markets. The investment strengthens Axonal Networks’ position at the forefront of the networking space, where demand for secure, high-performance, and scalable infrastructure is surging across sectors such as telecom, defense, and cloud services.
