During this event hosted by the Optica Short Wavelength Sources and Attosecond/High Field Physics Technical Group, fellow researchers who have already taken the former route share their experiences by answering questions like: How to stay in a laser-related career? What does industry offer for early career scientists interested in laser physics? What is it like to be in industry after academia?
