This congress will be presented as an in-person meeting. No remote presentations will be available.  Presenters that do not present their papers will not have their paper published.

Onsite Setup and Tear-Down Times

Posters presentions can be set up beginning the morning of Tuesday, 10 November at 07:30 and must be placed on the appropriate boards no later than 16:00 on Tuesday, 10 November. Posters will need to be taken down immediately after the poster session.  Authors must remain in the vicinity of the bulletin board for the duration of the session (90 minutes) to answer questions. Poster presenters are not supplied with any audiovisual equipment.

Posters should be placed on their designated boards to match the number of their final ID.  Posters must be removed no later than the end of the day, unless management advises you they should be removed earlier. All posters remaining at 18:45 will be discarded.

Poster dimensions are 95 cm wide x 2.39 meters high (37.40 inches wide x 94 inches high).
