Jessica is a Senior Manager of Organizational Development at Thorlabs, a global leader in photonics manufacturing, where she leads a global OD team focused on building the learning, communication, and people systems that drive organizational excellence worldwide.
With a background spanning education, instructional design, and global HR strategy, Jessica brings a people-first approach to developing leaders, designing competency frameworks, and scaling enterprise learning infrastructure. She is passionate about the intersection of strategy, culture, and human potential — and committed to building high-performing, connected organizations across regions and cultures. Jessica is currently pursuing an MS in Organizational Leadership at Brown University.
