About the Speaker
Grace Lee is the Chief People Officer at Coherent Corp, where she leads the company’s global people strategy, culture, and talent initiatives. She brings more than 25 years of experience in human capital leadership, with a track record of driving organizational transformation, inclusive cultures, and high-performing teams across complex, global organizations.
Prior to joining Coherent, Grace served as EVP, Chief Human Resources and Diversity Officer at Lumentum Holdings, where she led the company’s global people and culture strategy, including HR business partnerships, total rewards, employee experience, talent acquisition and development, people operations, transformation initiatives, and diversity, equity & inclusion programs.
Before Lumentum, she held senior leadership roles at Cubic Corporation, Charles River Laboratories, Beckman Coulter (a Danaher company), and TTM Technologies, where her cultural and inclusion initiatives earned recognition such as Top Workplaces Award, Forbes Best Large Employer, Human Rights Campaign Equality 100, Forbes Best Employer for Diversity, and Bloomberg’s Gender Equality Index.
In addition to her executive role at Coherent, Grace Lee serves as an independent board director at Asure Software, where she chairs the Nominating & Governance Committee and sits on the Compensation Committee. She also contributes to academia through service on the Dean’s advisory council at Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
