Prior to joining Finetech in September 2024, Melanie served as Director of R&D and Sales at SONOTEC GmbH, a leading company in ultrasonic sensor solutions, where she led cross-functional teams and developed international sales and product strategies.
At the Optica Global Advanced Manufacturing Alliance, Melanie will share insights on co-packaged optics, highlighting strategies to bridge cutting-edge photonic innovation with high-volume, cost-efficient manufacturing.
