Sai Kumar Kode is an Innovations Manager at Micro-LAM, Inc., specializing in precision engineering, optical fabrication techniques and process planning. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for pushing the boundaries of technological advancements, Sai plays a pivotal role in driving innovation within the organization. Having been one of the original pioneers in the work of laser assisted diamond turning, he boasts extensive experience on a variety of optical materials including Silicon, Tungsten Carbide & Glass. With a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, and a Bachelors Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, his academic background provides him with a deep understanding of cutting-edge technologies and their applications in real world scenarios. His innovative mindset and problem-solving skills have led to the development of groundbreaking solutions that have positively impacted the industry. Beyond his professional endeavors, Sai is deeply passionate about spending time outdoors in nature, whether it be on a golf course, kayak on a lake or surf the clouds in a plane.
