About the Speaker
Dr. Ana González is currently Director of Strategic Partnerships at iPRONICS. Her role is to investigate new applications and identify potential partners for the implementation of Field Programmable Photonic Gate Arrays (FPPGAs) including relationships with the supply chain and supporting customer operations. Former R&D Manager at EPIC (European Photonics Industry Consortium), she has a solid network at the Photonic Integrated Circuit (PIC) industry with a large experience reaching out commercial partners and new adopters of PIC technologies. Her expertise lies in the development of optical systems and the investigation of applications such as Sensing and Datacom. She received her bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University Autonomous of Barcelona (UAB) and her PhD degree from the Catalan Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (ICN2).
