Local Section Annual Reports

Each year, all local sections are required to provide an Annual Report and membership roster. The form is easy to complete, and ensures your section's eligibility for Optica grants and special services.

Complete the forms and email them to localsections@optica.org along with a copy of the section's Membership Roster by 31 December.
