About the Speaker
Mark Lourie has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies across different industries. Mark currently holds the position of Global Vice President of Corporate Communications & Brand Development at Coherent Corp. Prior to joining Coherent Corp, Lourie worked at II-VI Incorporated, where they served as Vice President of Corporate Communications and Brand Development. Mark also held the role of Director of Corporate Communications, OED Technology & Product Planning, and Director of Marketing at II-VI Incorporated. Before their tenure at II-VI Incorporated, Lourie worked at Aegis Lightwave as the Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Product Management. Mark also held the positions of Vice President of Product Management and Marketing, and Director of Product Management at Aegis. Lourie started their career at Epitaxx as a Product Marketing Engineer, followed by positions at Corning Incorporated as a Product Applications Engineer, and Lucent Technologies as a Senior Manager of Market Development. Throughout their career, Lourie has acquired valuable experience and expertise in the areas of corporate communications, brand development, marketing, product management, and sales.
