Speaker Resources

This event will be presented as an in-person meeting with on demand content. All presenters are required to register and present their paper onsite or, if indicated, via a remote poster presentation or recorded oral content.  Once sessioning has occurred, individuals may not switch presentation methods.  Presenters that do not present their papers will not have their paper published.

Before presenting at the meeting, please familiarize yourself with information on important deadlines, including poster set-up and tear-down times, and presider guidelines.

Oral Presenters

For Mac Users: Meeting Management requests that all speakers provide their presentation in either PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF (.pdf) formats for uploading to the presenter laptop in the session room. Speakers should bring a copy of their presentations on an USB flash drive (formatted as FAT32 or NTFS) with a standard USB-A connection. And, as with all speakers, you are welcome to check your presentation file in the assigned room during breaks or lunches.
