Nonlinear Optics (OL)

Optical Interaction Science

Nonlinear Optics

This group focuses on the physics on nonlinear optical materials, new materials, nonlinear processes, and devices using nonlinear optics. Nonlinear Optics concerns the interaction of high intensity light with matter. Members study nonlinear materials, phenomena, devices and applications.

Nonlinear Optics (OL)

This group serves as a focal point for activities related to the physics of nonlinear optical materials and their applications. Our interests span a wide range of topics, including the development of new nonlinear materials, the study of nonlinear processes, and the design and implementation of devices utilizing nonlinear optics. Our group is dedicated to advancing the understanding and utilization of nonlinear optics. We aim to foster collaboration among researchers, technologists, and industry professionals to push the boundaries of what is possible with high-intensity light interactions. Members from diverse backgrounds who are interested in contributing to the growth and application of nonlinear optical science and technology are welcome.
