The Optica Women Scholars Conference will take place in conjuction with Frontiers in Optics (FiO) in Rochester, New York, USA.

Expenses

Attendees are required to pay a $150 conference fee. This fee will cover:

• Full day of progrmaming introducing attendees to research and career opportunities in optics.
• Airfare to/from the conference (or appropriate travel options for locals)
• Lodging with check-in of 27 Septmeber and check-out of 30 September.
• Registration for FiO.

Limited opportunities for grant funding to offset this conference fee are available through the standard application process.
