Registration Types and Rates
Registration for BICOP 2024 will open late summer 2024.
The registration fee includes access to all sessions and breaks, lunch on Thursday and Friday, and a drinks reception.

Important Information
VAT will be charged: Eligible UK residents will receive a VAT refund. Optica’s UK VAT number is GB422527615.
Refund Policy for Registration
A GBP 50 service charge plus 20% VAT will be assessed for processing refunds. A letter requesting the refund should state the registrant's name and the amount of payment and should be emailed to BICOP@optica.org by 28 November 2023. All refund requests must be made in writing.
