We are excited to launch the Optica Women Scholars Conference.
In 2022, the Optica Foundation launched the Optica Women Scholars, allocating twenty US$10,000 scholarships to exceptional students worldwide. Within 10 years this number will increase to 200 women with academic and lifelong career aspirations in photonics.
To continue to support these remarkable young women and provide a foundational network of colleagues and mentors to propel them toward success, this in-person networking, skills-building, and mentoring event will bring together all recipients of the Optica Women Scholarship to share research, discuss career paths, and learn about developments in photonics.
