Eligibility Criteria

1. Applicants must be current university students enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD program.

3. Student Advisor’s Letter of Recommendation
   1. The letter should explicitly address how the school will benefit the applicant’s research and professional development, as well as how they will add to the week-long experience. The letter must be submitted before the application deadline.

Personal Answers

1. How will attending Siegman School help advance your career?

2. If selected to attend the school, what knowledge or skills do you hope to bring back to your institution? Additionally, which area of laser physics do you plan to incorporate into your future research or studies?

3. In your personal statement, please elaborate on any of your responses and provide any additional information you would like the committee to consider when reviewing your application. (We recommend outlining your experience working with lasers.)

Application Review Process

All applications will be reviewed by the Program Committee, and students will be notified of acceptance by 25 March 2026.
