Ishwar D Aggarwal

Ishwar D Aggarwal is currently the Head of the Infrared Materials and Fiber Optic Chemical Sensors Research Group, Naval Research Laboratory, Washington, DC. Previously, he was the Vice President at Lasertron, Inc.

He is a Fellow of OSA, and recipient of the Society’s 2011 David Richardson Medal “for pioneering work leading to the development of infrared fiber and transparent ceramics.”
