For accepted students, your travel will be booked through our travel agency. For students requiring visas, they must be obtained before Optica will book your travel.

Expense

Attendees are required to pay a $150 conference fee. This fee will cover:

• Airfare to/from the conference (or appropriate travel options for locals)
• Lodging during Student Leadership
• Registration for Frontiers in Optics, Optica's annual, technical conference
• Meals on 26 October

Limited opportunities for grant funding to offset this conference fee are available through the standard application process.

Expenses outside of the items mentioned above are the responsibility of the attendees.
