Registration is $500USD and includes a round trip flight, all meals and accommodations from 22-26 January. Registration will open 1 October and close 15 November.


Your registration includes a round trip flight to Orlando, FL from your home location. Optica Foundation staff will provide each registrant with the Optica Travel Agency contact once they have registered to attend and have confirmed any VISA(s) necessary for travel. This does not include taxis/buses, unless you are local to where the conference is occurring. If you have any questions please contact staff. We use a "lowest logical fare" to ensure the best flight at the best cost. Those who may wish to extend their stay must pay the difference in costs on a ticket with arrival on 22 January and departure on 26 January. The travel agency will work with all attendees to ensure the best flights and arrival/departure times. 


The Career Accelerator will take place at the Westgate River Ranch Resort & Rodeo. All hotel accommodations with an arrival on 22 January and a departure on 26 January are included in your registration fee. Each attendee will be paired with another and share a room throughout the program. 


The Westgate River Ranch Resort & Rodeo has parking available on site should you drive to attend the Career Accelerator (Free self-parking, Free RV/Bus/Truck parking, Private airstrip).
