Registration

Registration is $600USD and includes a round trip flight, all meals and accommodations from 21-25 January. Registration will open 2 October and close 17 November 2023.

Flight

Your registration includes a round trip flight to Denver, CO from your home location. Optica Foundation staff will provide each registrant with the Optica Travel Agency contact once they have registered to attend and have confirmed any VISA(s) necessary for travel. This does not include taxis/buses, unless you are local to where the conference is occurring. If you have any questions please contact staff. We use a "lowest logical fare" to ensure the best flight at the best cost. 

Hotel

The Career Accelerator will take place at the YMCA of the Rockies - Estes Park Center. All hotel accommodations with an arrival on 21 January and a departure on 25 January are included in your registration fee. Each attendee will be paired with another and share a room throughout the program. 

Parking

The YMCA of the Rockies - Estes Park Center has parking available on site should you drive to attend the Career Accelerator (Free self-parking, Free RV/Bus/Truck parking).

Weather 

When you think of January, images of snow-covered landscapes, cozy firesides, and chilly adventures come to mind. In Estes Park, Colorado, this picturesque winter scene becomes a reality. Despite being the driest month of the year, January transforms Estes Park into a serene wonderland adorned with glistening ice and snow.

Make sure to bring warm clothing, suitable footwear, and necessary gear for your chosen activities. Checking weather forecasts and road conditions is advisable to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit.
