Prof Andrea Martin Armani is undoubtedly one of the role models for our generation as a woman in science, as a mentor and as a great scientist. Andrea motivates each and everyone who knows her with her unlimited dedication, energy and readiness to guide and teach. I admire her efforts in creating opportunities for early-career researchers to get involved in various aspects of our society.
