I’ve had the honor of working with many incredible women at Meta’s Reality Lab. Today, I’m honoring Johana Escudero as one of those women who has been at the forefront in our company of ensuring we are considering accessibility in the design of our wearable products. She has been a great role model for taking initiaive on an important topic that she is passionate about and is broader than her own work--ensuring we are considering diverse and inclusive ways in which people of varying abilities, identities and cultural backgrounds experience our products. Way to go Johana.
