I consider myself truly fortunate to have been mentored by Professor Wayne Knox, who was my Ph.D. advisor. Wayne is not only an outstanding scientist, educator and innovator par excellence, but also an exceptional human being. Wayne’s boundless energy and enthusiasm for all his endeavors, ranging from his remarkable research contributions to his passion for music (amongst others), never ceases to amaze me. I know that he continues and will continue to inspire several generation.
